Step by step instructions for quick and easy assembly of your KB901 Lil' Rider FX 3 Wheel Battery Powered ...
It's possible your phone would benefit from a hard reset.
A hard reset will erase all data and apps on your device, so you should backup all your data before doing the following:
For the ATT Q9: Turn the device off.
Then, hold the E and Z keys and turn the device back on.
You should now see a message that the phone has been reset.
For Sprint or Verizon Q9: Turn the device off.
Then, hold the center button and turn the device back on.
You should now see a message asking if you want to reset the phone.
If hard resetting your phone doesn't work, it's likely a hardware problem and you'll need to send the phone off for repair/replacement. If your phone is still under warranty from your carrier, they will probably exchange it for a new one if you give their support line a call.
I just bought this unit today at Costco. I read a post on yahoo that said to make sure that you hold the on button long enough to see the blue and red lights flashing. Once I did that my cell phone had no problems finding the unit.
