WHAT IS THE F KEY TO BE USED IN MAKING A FACTORY RESETTING FOR LG X130 NOTEBOOK

It's going to take a little effort on your part, but this should work:

Go to Download Hirens BootCD 15 2 HBCD Fan Discussion Platform

Buy or get a small flash drive. At least 2GB in size.

Follow these directions: Launching Hiren BootCD from USB Flash Drive HBCD Fan Discussion Platform

Once the program is loaded onto the flash drive, plug it into your netbook and press F12 (usually). If not, follow the prompts to get it to boot from an outside disk.

Make it boot from the USB flash drive.

Then do this:

Hirens has many tools that make troubleshooting and life easier for techs. I would suggest using this to reset your password for your netbook.

F11 whilst booting should get you into the Factory Restore program.

remove your hdd and replug check data cable and power cable

If you created a Windows password reset disk you can use that to reset the password.
yhe other option you have is to boot from a Hirens CD and use the utility on that to reset or remove the password. just do a search on the Internet to get a copy of the Hirens CD which you will then need to burn to a CD and then insert in your CDROM dribe and restatr your laptop, press F12 whilst booting and then se;lect CDROM as the boot drive.

If it is just the 'a' key that is not responding, it will 99% be a hardware issue. Software would not affect just one particular key on your keyboard.

Is the key response (does it spring up and down when you press it) normal?
