It could be a clogged catalytic converter or bad o2 sensor. go to autozone and have them scan it ( for free) and post what codes and probable fixes they give you (they'll give you a print out)
if you have not changed the camshaft position sensor you need to do that sounds exactly like my problem got the new fuel pump and filter in there and it was fine for a month then same thing started happening again, been fine for 7 months since I changed my camshaft position sensor
The power light, seperate from the check engine light, is usually a transmission code. Have the vehicle scanned with a code reader so you can isolate the issue.
does it go tick tick tick tick and when it warms up it stops or goes quiet? its your lifters not getting enough oil when u change your oil it will stop till that oil gets worn out you will have to replace the lifters or it can also be a slack oil pump not pumping oil around the engine like it should
