That error means that the lower oven is not heating fast enough. IT should rise to over 150 in 5 minutes. Check the broiler and the baking coils for continuity. If they are ok then check the radiant heater in the convection fan housing.

ERROR-19 Communication failure Perform one of thefollowing operations- -Turn the ignition switch OFF and back ON. -Disconnect the USB portable audio player/USB -Change to a different source. Then, return to the USB portable audio player/USB memory.
The only error code 19 for the ITC222 chassis listed from RCA/Thomson for 19 is invalid chassis detected. Which doesnt make sense unless you have replaced a PCB with a wrong part number.
