Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to pair your woofer with your Vizio VHT215 soundbar:
- Power cycle: Turn off both the soundbar and the woofer and unplug them from their power source. Wait for a few minutes before plugging them back in and turning them on again.

- Check the distance: Make sure the woofer is within the recommended distance from the soundbar. Typically, this is around 30 feet or less.
- Check for interference: Other wireless devices or electronic equipment in the vicinity can interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Move any such devices away from the soundbar and woofer, or turn them off temporarily.
- Replace batteries: If your woofer uses batteries, make sure they are fresh and installed correctly.
