Bh-m20 pdf manual for this headset. I need to know how to mute it.

The instructions on mine say to short press the Vol + and < buttons (volume up and track back). Basically opposite buttons at each side of the headset. Sure wish they made it so you could do it one handed with the vol - and + like other headsets.

Please activate the bluetooth on your phone and see if it is pairing . use the pairing code to confirm.

0000 is the pairing code to connect BlueTiger Delux BH-M20 to your cell phone. There's no pairing code required to connect it to WIndows 7, but it is likely that it will not show up under "Sound" devices, and there's probably nothing for that. I've tried about everything and I'm ready to get a Mac and throw all of my Windows laptops in the trash. $20k waisted on Windows.

Hello, the manual will almost always tell you the default verification code. In this case it's the generic default 0000. If this dosn't work, look at the manual below under 'Pairing'.
