does your case have set pin slot sets your case manual should tell how to install your motherboard type hope this helps

Is ECS Memory compatible with the ASUS P5LP-LE?

Search for product manual. I'm not sure what ECS memory is. ECC memory was incompatible to must custom built PC - Unless you had a ECC memory compatible Mother Board.. Server Certified in most cases.
