E Print uses the internet to send the print commands to the printer.
Typical questions are
PRINTER
Is your network secured ( WEP ) , password ?
Is the printer setup on and recognized across your network ?
Does the printer operate across the network, with other devices ?
Is the printer device ( bios flash ) software up to date
Is the E Print registered and initiated on the printer ( using proper email account ) etc. ?
TABLET
When you send to E Print ... "Subject Line " must contain something. ( no subject = no print )
Are you receiving APP error message ? Is print job being sent ?
Have you uninstalled app, restarted tablet and re-installed E Print App ?
ePrint jobs sent to server, remain on server for 24 hours.
If tablet app appeared to function, but no printing was completed, then the printer may need setup / reset, network password protection may be blocking, ePrint printer registration setup or confirmation - any of these could be single or combined issues preventing completion of print jobs.
