When you open the watch, the old battery usually has a number on the back, for example, CR2025

If that is the same as yours, it is easy to buy another battery at most retail stores and online with Amazon or eBay.

why you need size? just look what battery is included - you can buy original or analog battery

Google the model number (full) with "battery" to try to locate the battery and hence the number and voltage.
