Hi, from you posted question, it either the universal charger cannot charge your i-phone or in the process of trying to charge the phone the universal charger has burnt/damaged your phone. I will advice you to take your phone to a phone technician for checks to see the problem or you wait till you get the charger to find out the problem yourself...

Select Done or Save Make sure to activate the profile and you are good.
