Did you scan for channels after hooking up the antenna?
Have the tv scan for available channels in your area.
Should be on the tv menu to scan for digital or analog channels.
This TV is equipped with a digital TV tuner. As long as your giving it a digital signal either from a cable box or through a digital antanea, it will be able to decode the signal.
Mirror mounts need alot of Ground to tune correctly. Most mirrors don't ground to the door good enough, not to mention the reflection of the radio signal off the cab. Be sure it's grounded good and the nylon insulator is place.
this could be that you are in a poor reception area, have you tried driving around to see if it picks up a signal elsewhere ?
The internal antanea may be faulty, does it have a socket to add an external ?
Has the unit got a reset switch ?
I don't see why it wouldn't unless the cable plug on the TV is bad or the circuit that goes to that plug. Get cable and try it or take it to a friends house that has cable and see if it works
