Printing problem dont print exel file

Make this Printer as Default Printer.

after chose print, clear (print to file) check box

Try saving the document in excel 2007(.docx).....open it and try printing again.

you dont need to,try using the private print function within the print driver-but dont forget your passcode that you will have to give the print job. the job will go into the invalid print queue on the copier from where you can release it.

Try this: go to control panel, select your printer and click properties. Change the print quality to normal or highest and try to print again.

Ok , its not problem of the printer. please adjest the clarity of printing and just try you will get exellent printing.

First of all, make sure it is the default printer. Now, in a word or exel or similar programs, select the print option, near the properties button you will see ¨print to file¨, click the down arrow and select ¨Canon PIXMA MP620.... or similar option and print.

This is because 2007 excel uses a different type of file. You may follow the directions at the link below on how to save files in 2007 excel so that you can open it in 2003

first try to remove .
go to conrol panel , add remove program then remove your office ...... then install again.

You have to add this printer to windows XP. manual installation should be done.
