If you're experiencing an issue where steam is coming out but there's no pressure when you press the button for the steam to jet out, there could be a few possible causes:
Water level: Check the water level in the steam generator or steam-producing device. If the water level is too low, it can result in insufficient steam pressure. Make sure there is enough water in the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Clogged steam vents: Over time, mineral deposits or debris can accumulate in the steam vents, obstructing the flow of steam. This can prevent the steam from building up pressure. Clean the steam vents thoroughly by following the manufacturer's instructions to ensure proper steam flow.
Faulty heating element: The heating element is responsible for generating steam. If it is malfunctioning or damaged, it may not produce enough heat to generate adequate pressure. In this case, you may need to have the heating element inspected or replaced by a professional.
Malfunctioning steam generator: If you're using a steam generator, it's possible that there is an issue with the device itself. Check for any error codes or warning indicators and consult the manufacturer's troubleshooting guide. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for assistance.
Incorrect settings: Ensure that you have selected the appropriate steam settings
If the temperature dial is not set high enough, or the thermostat is faulty and setting the cut-off temperature too low, some steam irons will fill up their steam chamber in their soleplates completely with water and stop steaming, until the temperature returns above what's needed to continously generate steam.

THE LINK DOESNT SEEM TO WORK SO HERE IS THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MANUAL. Calc'n clean Cleaning the Boiler To extend the life of your steam generator and to avoid any build up of scale, it is essential that you rinse out the boiler after several hours of use. If your water is hard, increase the frequency. Do not use descaling agents for rinsing out the boiler, as they could damage it. 1. Check that the appliance is cold and unplugged for more than 2 hours, and that the removable water tank (1) has been removed from the steam generator. 2. Place your appliance on the edge of your kitchen sink. 3. Unscrew the boiler drainage plug (15) located on the bottom of the appliance using a coin. 4. Holding your steam generator in an upside down position, and using a jug, fill the boiler (in the base unit) with 1/4 litre of water 5. Shake the base unit for a few moments and then empty it completely over a sink or bucket. To obtain the best result, we recommend that this operation is done twice 6. Important: before reclosing, make sure no water remains in the boiler. 7. Replace and tighten up the boiler drainage plug with a coin
1: Make sure there's enough water in the tank if the iron won't steam.
Fill
the tank up . 2:Check that the iron is set to a steam setting. Some
of the settings are
dry and won't create steam. 3:Set the temperature dial to the shaded
setting which represents steam.
You'll see a little dark cloud-type icon with raindrops as opposed to a
white cloud with a stripe through it. The dark cloud represents moisture
(steam), and the white cloud with the stripe through it represents no
steam. 4:Allow the iron to heat up for a while and to emit steam for a
couple of
minutes while pressing the extra-long burst button a few times. That
should get rid of any impurities which can cause blockages. Try this if
the iron hasn't been used for a while and steaming is intermittent. 5:Iron
horizontally. Steam is only generated when the iron is horizontal. 6:Use
the maximum steam setting when the iron is set to its maximum
temperature setting. 7:Let the iron get to a high temperature before
expecting steam. If the
soleplate isn't hot enough, the water won't turn to steam and will in
fact drip, spit or leak from the soleplate. Some Rowenta irons have an
anti-drip system, which will turn off the steam when ironing at a low
temperatures. Turn the temperature up, if needed.
