Check you data plate. The inlet temperature must match the machine requirements, which means that your incoming water is too hot and the water heater temperature needs to be turned down. Here is a link to a installation/service manual. http://www.webstaurantstore.com/documents/pdf/wareforce_cg_service_manual.pdf

Hi there, I have a bosch aquastar 125b waterless tank. My problem is that i am not getting hot water at all. The water runs during the shower and it stays warm. HELP!!

This should run two showers at once with no problem. If you have a shut off valve on the cold side of the heater, try closing about halfway. This will slow the water flow and the water will have more time to heat up as it pases through the tank. If you dont have a shut off valve, just cut back the hot water valve on your shower and do not use any cold water. If it gets too hot then turn on a little cold water. The object is to slow the speed of the water going through the tank. Tankless heater take a little getting use to but they work great when you know how to treat them. On my shower I turn the hot all the way on until it gets hot and then add a little cold water to bring the temp down. You may have too much water going through too fast to be able to heat it up to what you need. Try this and see how it works.

Hi i have installed a few bosch gas geysers at our lodge in mozambique. The problem is that the water gets hot when we turn the water on then the heat just shuts off and the water gets cold after a short...

The problem with all that type of water heater is that once the hot tap is turned on sufficient flow must be maintained through the water heater to keep the main gas burner alight. If the heat adjuster is turned up to high, then the person using the hot water will turn it down to a low rate which means the main burner will turn off and result in cold water. Try setting the heat control to the lowest setting that still gives hot enough water. If you have a thermometer adjust control for a temperature of around 50 to 55 degrees Celcius. You may have to fiddle with fine adjustments to get the temperature and flow rates to maintain a constant output of hot water. You may still have intermittent problems. If the heater only supplies baths or showers you could set the temperatuer even lower (45 to 50) to ensure that the hot tap is used more than the cold which will maintain flow and therefore heat.

Water gets to hot and hot water spits air in line ? no water leaks

If it is DSI ignition, there is thermostat and ECO behind that little foam pad with letters on it "Therm", and "ECO", that may need to be adjusted, or replaced. As far as adjustment goes, you want to make sure disc is making good contact with tank surface.I must ask though, are you using city water hook-up, or on board pump to pressure system? As well, have you tried draining water heater and re-filling just to see if that helps?

Hot water gets too hot trips off at tank then water gets cool and i push reset button and water gets hot again real hot thentrips off again

It's time to replace your thermostat. Instead of maintaing the correct water temperature, the water is getting so hot it is acivating the safety circuit breaker. If this breaker were to fail, you could have a devastating explosion
