I think it is a 337 battery, if you take to a place that sells the batteries usually they will replace for you and you just pay for new battery. Hope this helps!
Usually the back of a watch is sealed with simple screws. Just unscrew them with a jeweler's screw driver and it will open the battery compartment of the watch.
The battery depends on what type of watch you are using. The most common batteries for watches are about less than 3/8 of an inch.
The battery has its identification number on it, so if you remove the back of the watch you should be able to read the type without stopping the watch.
Or you could take it to a watch shop, who will have a stock of batteries. Removing and replacing the back of a watch sometimes takes some practice and I advise you to give the job to an expert, especially if it is a water resistant type.
