If your Kettler treadmill is not working correctly and you have to press Start and Speed + - to start, and it goes back to a pace of 6km/h after 30 seconds, there could be a few possible causes:
Check the control panel: Make sure that the control panel is functioning properly and that the buttons are not jammed or stuck.
Check the speed sensor: Make sure that the speed sensor is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or damaged.
Check the incline sensor: Make sure that the incline sensor is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or damaged.
Check the main board: Make sure that the main board is functioning properly and that it is not damaged or malfunctioning.
It is likely that the relay responsible for the incline down function is the one located at the lower right corner of the board. You may also want to check the power supply as well as the wiring of the solenoid coils connected to the board to ensure that they are working properly. Additionally, you should also check the motor controller board itself and make sure all of the connections are secure.
Are you talking about voice command on your device or voice command on your phone? Are you doing a long press or a short press of call button? it will behave differently based on how long you press.
Your owners manual describes how to perform an incline calibration. Here are the instructions. Start the machine running. Press and hold the incline up button. While the numbers are changing, remove the safety key. Reinstall the safety key. The treadmill should rise to maximum incline, then lower to minimum. After completing the cycle, the treadmill should function correctly. If not, you may have a damaged wiring harness (caused during assembly) or a defective incline sensor. If the sensor is defective, you will need to replace the incline motor.
