Kettler Treadmill not working right.

If your Kettler treadmill is not working correctly and you have to press Start and Speed + - to start, and it goes back to a pace of 6km/h after 30 seconds, there could be a few possible causes:
  1. Check the control panel: Make sure that the control panel is functioning properly and that the buttons are not jammed or stuck.
  2. Check the speed sensor: Make sure that the speed sensor is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or damaged.
  3. Check the incline sensor: Make sure that the incline sensor is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or damaged.
  4. Check the main board: Make sure that the main board is functioning properly and that it is not damaged or malfunctioning.

Pacemaster Pro Elite Motor Controller 9501001 Rev J question

It is likely that the relay responsible for the incline down function is the one located at the lower right corner of the board. You may also want to check the power supply as well as the wiring of the solenoid coils connected to the board to ensure that they are working properly. Additionally, you should also check the motor controller board itself and make sure all of the connections are secure.

Is there an online repair manual for the Golds Gym Advantage Treadmill? I'm trying to solve an incline problem. The incline does not go up when I push the incline button. I just get a series of beeps...

Your owners manual describes how to perform an incline calibration. Here are the instructions.
Start the machine running. Press and hold the incline up button. While the numbers are changing, remove the safety key. Reinstall the safety key. The treadmill should rise to maximum incline, then lower to minimum. After completing the cycle, the treadmill should function correctly.
If not, you may have a damaged wiring harness (caused during assembly) or a defective incline sensor.
If the sensor is defective, you will need to replace the incline motor.

I9900 printer has error 5B00 & won't print

You may need to change the ink absorbers. But try resetting the printer:
Canon I series service mode

1. Start with printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then press and hold down POWER Button.
3. Release the RESUME but continue to hold down the power button
4. Press the RESUME twice, then release POWER button.

Now you have put the printer in Service Mode so it will accept Service commands. Here is the list of Service commands;

A. Press the Resume button once = Print Service test print
B. Press the Resume button twice = Print EEprom data sheet
C. Press the Resume button Three = Initialize the EEprom
D. Press the Resume button Four = Clear Waste INk Counter
E. Press the Resume button Five = Change Destination settings
F. Press the Resume button Six = Head Refreshing (Cleaning)
G. Press the Resume buttom Seven, Eight, Nine, = Not used
H. Press the Resume button Ten = Return to selection Menu

To EXECUTE anyone of the above commands you "MUST Press the Power button one time. Then the function will be executed. After that function has been executed the printer will REMAIN in Service Mode,.. waiting for another command. You can only execute one command at a time. If you are through with all the commands you want to do, just press the power buttom one more time and it will turn the printer off and you will be out of Service Mode. One more note. When you get the printer into Service MOde and it is ready to accept a command, the green light will be on and steady. As you issue a command by pressing the resume button, it will alternate the color from green to orange with each press of the resume button. Remember, if you issue either one of the commands to force a print make sure you have paper installed.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe
