You can download the LAN drivers from the NEC WEB site. Select your model notebook and the Windows XP or Vista drivers you require. Use this link. www.nec.com/global/support/downloads/index.html
Go to the NEC WEB site to their support/download page to download the sound driver and any other device drivers for your model laptop. Make sure you download the Windows version of XP or Vista of the drivers you require.
