Need to change ink - The Times ROYAL TC100 TimeMaster Time Clock

To print in all black, you can change a setting through the computer to tell the printer to only use the black ink. This is better than putting black ink where the color ink normally would go as that would cause the shading to be wrong and potentially ruin the documents.
If you have enough black ink in the printer, before you finalize the printing process make sure you have black and white only selected.
This will allow you to print without getting access to the ink cartridge holders.

If your printer is out of ink, it will display the ink that you need to replace. Just open the lid and press the OK button.
If you want to replace an ink before it runs out, press the Setup button then go to Maintenance and press the OK button. Select "Ink Cartridge Replacement" or "Change Ink Cartridge", then press OK. You can now lift the lid then replace the ink.

Changing a printer cartridge is not complex but improper handling of the parts may damage the printer and the cartridge. Make sure the tape covering the hole on the bottom of the black cartridge is removed. and then go into the printers folder and right click on your printer icon and go into the properties of that printer and there should be something in there to tell it that you changed cartridges and you can also print a test page as well.

hi try to clean the contact point of ink and ink carrier.if it's not work 2 thing you need to consider....

1.maybe your ink is not compatible or not detected..
2.maybe your ink carrier is most likely defective.

with injection purchase the ink from market and use injection to change the ink

If you choose the setting to scan to memory it should function without problem. However, why not change the ink anyway. If the carts are empty and you leave it too long you will probably find that when you do change them you will loose ink output as the head/wicks will dry out.
