battery/ charger malfunction has you battery been getting noticeably hot recently or remove battery and check its not swollen or even slightly misshapened if so discard for a new one if theres is none of these replace battery and try again if problem continues fit new battery and try new charger my monies on battery faulty

HI KUMAR SILU you can take the battery out of the phone look at the battery and see if the battery feels swollen or bloated in anyway . If it is swollen you will get a full chargwe in five mintues. Also the back cover will not fit on properly. tAKE THE PHONE TO YOUR NEAREST CARRIER IF IT IS UNDER ONE YEAR BECAUSE IT IS STILL COVER UNDER ONE YEAR man warranty, A word of advise is don't wait to long, Hope this helps

If you battery pack is swollen, then the worst thing to do is keep it in there and let it turn off and back on -- this could cause permanent damage to the device and could harm you as well.

Try and find a new battery on Ebay, CellPhoneShop.net, etc. and see if the problem is the battery or not. If it is, then that is the simple solution.
