SOURCE: lincoln mig welder 180, 230 volt 20 Amp Input.

Inspector is correct! In wall or conduit wiring awg will always be greater than "open air" wiring. IE: the size of wire coming from your pole ... it's smaller than from your service riser into your meter. Code allows the cord to heat up... open air will cool it down.

Sounds to me like the Power Controller has gone bad. These are a real tricky, dangerous, things to fix yourself, I recommend that you call the service rep, for Power Mate, and cut your losses.

Campbell Hausfeld WF2050 Wire Feed Arc Welder that has overheated.

Overheating can cause damage to the internal components of a welder, including the wire feed motor, transformer, and electronic components. It's possible that the high setting on your Campbell Hausfeld WF2050 welder has been damaged due to the overheating.
You may need to check the high setting circuitry to see if there are any visible signs of damage, such as melted wires or burnt components. If you're not familiar with electrical components, it may be best to have a qualified technician or electrician check the welder for you.
Alternatively, it's also possible that the wire feed motor may have been damaged during the overheating. A damaged wire feed motor can cause the wire to feed improperly, which can affect the quality of the weld. You may need to check the wire feed motor to see if it's functioning properly.
In any case, it's important to address the overheating issue to prevent further damage to your welder. Make sure that the welder is being used in a well-ventilated area and that the cooling fan is working properly. Additionally, make sure that the welder is not being overloaded by using the appropriate amperage setting for the job.

I need a liner for my Farmhand Campbell Hausfeld 115 wire feed arc welder Versa Arc 95. I can not find one. Help. Thank you.

Try these or the maker direct. you may also be able to use a liner from another make or model. Look for welding supplies near you, and take the part in.

Check inside for a fuse, fusible link, or a small "breaker". Unplug it and let it cool down fully(overnight if possible) and then open it up and take a look!

110 volt welder the wire stays energized even when the feeder stops and your off the trigger. Campbell Hausfeld flux 80. Any ideas?

That could be 2 things. Either the switch in feed assembly is bad or the relay inside the unit is sticking.

Welder work OK with flux wire, cannot get penatration in MIG mode

Are you using combination argon/co2 gas? You need a flow regulator and should have it set for about 10cfm. Note that this is different than a pressure regulator. The problem you note is a result of inadequate or improper gas.
