Make sure it is placed in gear, sounds like it is in the Neutral free wheel position.
If the scooter moves easy when you push it, it's just in free wheel.

Go Go Ultra X Scooter is randomly beeping while in use. The scooter seems to be working fine, so I don't think beep codes would apply. It just beeps 1-4 times at random while we are using it.

Pride Mobility Products Sounds like the motor is getting too hot. Several reasons for that. The brushes in the motor can be worn, too much weight on the scooter, rider + whats in the basket or is being carried by the scooter. Rough terrain, grade too much. Never ignore the beeps. They tell you the health of the scooters systems.

How to stop a continuing beep on my Cordoba scooter when I turn the key on? The scooter don't move at all.

Hi Mag,
I have this steps that might help you with beeping sound on your Scooter. Hope it helps.

UNIT LIGHTS UP/HORN WORKS BUT UNIT WILL NOT MOVE
Possible Cause:
  • This often occurs when the scooter is in free wheel mode and is not in drive mode. Re-Engage the free wheel lever which is located down near the rear wheels (normally a yellow or red lever).
  • If you hear a beeping noise, the beeping you hear is a fault beep indicating the scooter main control box has detected a problem. Contact your dealer who can diagnose the beep code.
  • Check batteries with load tester - If either battery drops more than 1 volt under a load, the battery(s) are bad. Replace "both" batteries.

I also find these additional steps on how to know beep alarm indicators:

This main control box has a self-diagnostics feature & cannot be tested with a volt meter. When a
problem is present the main control box will diagnose the fault, prohibit the scooter from being driven
and sound an alert beep. Each alert beep indicates a different issue which helps to determining the
problem by narrowing the fault into one of a few main areas of the scooter. Reference this information
below for the alert beep indications.

Very Rapid beep- Batteries are low. Charge & test batteries.
Medium Fast beep- Motor/brake wiring fault. Free wheel lever disengaged.
Solid beep- The charger is plugged into the scooter (some models may vary).
Very Slow beep- The throttle pot was not at center when you turned the unit on. Throttle pot off
center or wiring (yellow & orange wires) fault.

Constant beeping but scooter will move

okay there sounds like there either water somewhere or condensation ?

place the whole scooter in a warm room next to a radiator, not too close but close enough so it gets the warmth leave it like this to dry out, this has worked for me, water causing a short either under the tiller panel or where the controller is situated.

Gogo elitescooter lights indicate battery fully charged but scooter will not go

Make sure the free-wheel lever is engaged and the charger is unplugged from the scooter before you try to turn the scooter on. If the battery gauge goes up when you turn the scooter on and there are no beeping sounds you should be good to go.If the battery gauge drops to the red when you try to accelerate slowly, your batteries are shot. (Typical replacement in 24-48 months). If there is any beeping when the key is first turned on then there is a problem and the number of beeps indicates the problem found by the computer during the POST. Scooter does not move either direction. when i insert the key i get 10 fast beeps and the 9 slower beeps

This scooter has an S drive controller. The beep code will begin with 10 very fast beeps followed by a number of slower beeps. The number of slower beeps indicates the actual code. It will do this only once. To repeat the beep code, remove and reinsert the key.
Beep code #9 is a possible controller trip.
Diagnosis:
The key may have been inserted during battery box installation.
The controller may be overheated.
The brake is dragging or pulling too much current.
Solution:
Remove the key from the key switch before installing the battery box.
If the problem persists shut down the scooter for 10-15 minutes and allow the controller to cool down.
Bottom line is that you may need a new controller or brake. Keep in mind these may be warranty items. A qualified technician may be needed to diagnose and repair the problem. Hope this helps.
