How to fix the HMDX jam classic speakers if it wont turn on

It should have a one year warranty. If it's older than that, it would probably cost as much to fix as a new one costs. I saw one for sale a few days ago for under $20.

If you can, erase the memory on the speaker and mark each Bluetooth listing on the iPad to Forget This Device. Do not be around any other Bluetooth devices. Turn your speaker and iPad off and back on. Let them discover like 1st time. Try again. Patience. Sometimes takes 20 to 30 min. RJ

no because the speaker wont connect or show on any ipods except forr the ipod touch

Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on on your phone. You may have to make it discoverable as well

turn the blue tooth on on your phone. turn on the speaker and look for the new name that pops up. click it and have it sync. if it asks for a password choose any.

Go to your Bluetooth settings, go to the "Audio/Video" tab, under the "Content Protection" section uncheck the "Connect to content protection enabled headset only" and your bluetooth speaker(s) should now work.
