Hp printer 1312 fadad print how to fix

Check any refilled cartridges?.. No.Go to main menu select default setting.. check for the quality..No..
Need to clean reflecting mirrors in scanner assembly..Only professionals can perform this activity..
Remove right, left & back doors..
Detach the cable which came from flat bed assembly, remove two screws back side just below of flat bed, gently push flat bed assm back to front, lift & take out the flat bad unit.. remove upper cover, you can observe the scanner assm ( see the snap shot) "Note: to take out scanner assm cartridge & cartridge bank must be present in to the printer to prevent the damage to transfer kit, other wise scanner will fall down on transfer belt" Unlock & remove scanner secure pins(4nos), detach scanner flat cable connected to DC controller, take out scanner assm, open the bonnet of scanner assm, clean surface of the mirrors very very gently with ear buds.Don't disturb any factory settings, once its cleaned refix every thing back.. "Note: scanner flat cable which is connected to DC controller is not that much lengthy, before powering on check once cable connected in properly or not, if any thing goes wrong in this area printer wont power on & it may damages the DC controller or scanner assm .." But I am sure that only professional can perform this activity, if you are not qualified pl don't try it..5_25_2012_8_24_06_pm.jpg
