New fly touch doesnt load up past allwinner logo

Brand new flytouch charged it for five hours turns on but wont do anything after the allwinner logo appears. I'm a new at this am I doing something wrong?

    well I have decided to return it to the seller. Not sure if I will go with an Android tablet next time.

hold the re-set button down until the tablet shuts itself down if you have already done this and it does not work and you have had your tablet for less than a year usually the company will fix it for free or send you a new one free of charge because it is a problem with tablet not something you did.
