When I load the FETURA BASIC, it works, but as soon as I load the Autopunch and Bonus designs, it gives me the following error report.CRF0B3D,TMP, and when I retry, it gives me a fatal error of 1022 report. I need the autopunch to design ou own logo. So please help me, I also deleted ALL previous attempts to load the program, and reload it again, with just the same problem Merci Coetzee

Check the Futura website. There are specific instructions for how to setup the software to run in WIN XP mode and then after that is set, you have to install the WIN XP patch for Autopunch before it run.

Go to www.futura-support.com , click on Service Updates in the left hand column, and then click on: Click here to read detailed installation instructions. Print it out and follow the procedures. You also need to download the patch at the top of the screen.

If you have upgraded to Vista, there have been considerable troubles with all makes of machine in the last few years.
You will probably need to find an upgrade to the software (generally free), so contact Singer in your region.

Under submenu "Help" you can find different manuals and tutorials that describe all features. "Outline Edit" is intended for modifying the embroidery objects that were created by the native software (for example text blocks or AutoPunch Wizard result). With "Stitch Edit" you can modify specific stitches of any designs.
