Hi I had the exact same issue after about a year of running my igloo ice maker non stop. To fix it I held in the on/off button and select button at the same time for about 30 sec and TADA!! Back to making ice. If that doesn't work I've also read to leave machine unplugged for 6 hrs and then hold in on/off button for 10 seconds. Good Luck!!!!
door seal not sealing
compressor not working
could be a start/run capacitor , low gas or a seized compressor
cal a technician for a proper diagnosis and quote
U might want to replace the start capacitor that gets the compressor to run. If that does not do the trick and you are sure that the compressor is receiving power from the thermostat then you have a compressor problem.
The door sometimes warps and need to be lightly twisted back to where all four corners make contact and seal.
Your unit may need to be tilt back a bit so the door wants to close y itself, the front foot pegs are adjustable and can be turned to make the front higher or lower than the back side of the cooler, gravity closes the door when the unit is leaning back.
