Samsung j600 mobile phone MP3 player not playing MP3's

Even adding individually did not work. i formatted memory card on pc,added tracks to it individually. bt of no use. my phone still shows an empty music folder which cannot be deleted..

Um can anyone tell me how to add music to the favorites???

If your music files are in a folder you cannot add them to play list, but if you have all your songs singly you can add them to your playlist, I had the same problem tonight with this phone, we added them individually no problem, this has worked but is a lenthly prosses, so far so good, not had a play about with them other than this, still to get them back as an album not yet done, Jackie

The above post by peddy mp3's stored on a micro sd card. If you go into my files on the phone, the MP3's are there and will play one by one, however you can not add them to the music player or playlists. I have had 2 different micro sd's and got another phone, but still the same problem. I have reinstalled the software on my PC and files will drag and drop in the sd folder., i have the same problem but say memory card empty but there is mp3 theres, i tryed two different cards. how cant i get my music player to reconise tunes from my memory card. i have formatted memory and still says memory card empty when try to load to mp3 player.
