Hi, My LG VX9600 is working fine, except for the people who call me can not hear me speak. I can text, dial, answer the phone. I can hear them fine, they just can't hear me. I think my toddler had it in his mouth while I was not looking. How do I fix this problem?

Good Day, I've been in cell phone buisness for a long time now and I've seen the problem 100 times. I hate to bear bad news but the tiny speaker inside has either blown, or the internal wiring is shot. How long have you had it? That phone has a 1 year manufacters warranty on it, and if it's not physical or water damage you're covered. Take it back to a verizon store and the should offer a repair or exchange. If you have their insurance you can make a claim but there's a deductible. Anyway Good Luck L8R

go to:
menu>tools>phone settings>Security(password is last four digits of you phones number if it has not already been changed. Call verizon if it;s been changed and you don't know it)>phone lock.

the oprtion will be:
"unlocked which it is it's default" and "On Power up. This means that you must turn you phone off and back on and then you have to use a pass code to use anything. You can look at your ICE contacts when it's locked but nothing else. That is so if the phone is locked and you are in an emergency those people can be contacted through another phone. The optino on the far right will be "unlock" this is when you enter the pass code.

Try 1234 or if you know the former number, try the last 4 digits of it. Or the current number...last 4 digits

You need a software program (LG Download) then install it to your computer. That program can give you the software info as well as the UNLOCK CODE for your VX9600.
