Red flashing lights red circle lights up when turned on'

On the menu there should be an icon that looks like a yellow lightning bolt with a red circle around it and a red line thru it (this means that the flash is off)....in the lower right hand corner you should see a white lightning bolt. Tap the red circle 2 times and you should notice that the yellow lightning bolt now stands alone and the red circle and the red line has been removed (now your flash is on). Note: Each time you turn on the camera and you need flash, you will have to make this adjustment...I hadn't figured out a way so that it happens automatically..

If you only get a flashing green light on the center while you turn on the console. You should get a green light going in a circle around the center light, (the 4 other lights, that can turn red as well (famous Red Ring of death))
if you don't get any red or green lights around the flashing center ring, then the console is not able to turn on / boot up properly and is in need of repairs, check the powersupply led, what color is it? it should be green when you power on and orange when not in use.

Yellow light of death =[. sorta like the Xbox's red circle of death. Your system is crashed just cuz of old age. you needa buy something neww

if that happens make sure all the connections in the back of your xbox 360 are connected and if it is still flashing red its probably the red ring of death and thats were three rings are flashing red so if its like that your going to have to send your xbxo 360 into microsoft

see if youre disk is cracked in the circle and make sure all the cords are plugged

Take a huge hammer and smash the light into pieces. There you go, no more red light...

your xbox is overheating put it in an open area and let it cool overnight i might even suggest the nyko intercooler ex

3 red lights? in a kinda 3/4 circle?
if so you have RROD (red ring of death)
only thing to do if you still have warranty or something is to bring it back and they will send it back to microsoft,
Its unfixable unless by a technician.
Unlucky man its happened to most of us (me twice >_<)
