You can download games that compatible with Samsung SGH-G800 to your pc and then transfer the game files to your phone using the usb data cable.Follow the instructions to do so,

You dont have to have a sim card in the phone in order to turn it on. It should turn on and usually it says the name of the carrier when the phone turns on

If u have a card resder with you, try with it and still if it doesn't work try contacting the place where you bought the memory card.
Incase if the memory card is in warranty period there is a possible replacement.

download the games in to phone memory, don't copy in your memory card. It will not install from your memory card. Before installing please activate the java. Instially In SGH-P310 java will be in inactive position.
