JVC XL-R2010 CD Recorder - recording dao problem

Reading the manual over and over, it looks like there is a function called Autotrack and by default is ON.
In the manual, page 22, shows you how to put the Autrack OFF.
Be careful that if you use the synchronize one-button recording you will have again the Autrack automatically ON again and that means a pause or bump between tracks.
For your reference I used the manual at this location http://resources.jvc.com/Resources/00/00/98/A0013ien.pdf

Please let me know if you need further help.

My cd recorder wont read blank cds help me please

Do as it asks, insert blank CD-Audio or CD-Music media.

Discs for recording
For recording, make sure to use special audio discs only.
These discs are marked with “Digital Audio” and the logos shown below.
There are two different types of audio discs for the use on this CD recorder:
– CD-Audio Recordable (CDR) discs
These discs can be recorded on once and
play in all standard CD players and CD
recorders, when they are finalized.
– CD-Audio ReWritable (CDRW) discs
These discs can be recorded on, erased and
re-recorded many times and play in CDRW
compatible CD players and CD recorders,
when they are finalized.
– All Philips CD players and CD recorders
with the sticker shown here are CDRW
compatible.
To ensure proper working of the set we recommend the use of Philips audio CDR and audio CDRW discs only.
Note: Do not use a computer CDR or CDRW as recording will not work!

Go here and download the manual. You'll need it.

We have finally gotten the manual and gotten it to record but it stops in the middle of the recording for no reason. We are attempting to record a sunday sermon

It's interpreting long pauses as silence and is automatically stopping. I can't find any documentation on it but I know with my Pioneer extended silence will eventually stop the recording.

Not much to go on here. Are you using CDR-Music or Audio blank discs? That is all it will record on.

When a blank cd is put in screen says "NO AUDIO CD"

Make sure that the CD-R you're using is a "Digital Audio" CD-R. The distinction is marked on the packaging and on the disc. The packaging usually says "Music CD-R." The JVC XL-R5010 won't take data discs to burn music.
