My wife and I bought a crib at a garage sale but it didn't come with any instructions. I must admit that I am at a complete loss as to
how I put it together. Any help would be amazing. Thanks I have a friend whose crib is 20 years old, and she is trying to put it up for the grandbaby to come this weekend. We are having trouble with the Release Lock Slide and the bar that goes below it.

We bought a used Jenny Lind crib for our daughter and when we put it together everything is tight but it's not stable. It can be rocked back and forth and we are concerned for the safety of our grandson. We need a parts list and/or instructions to see if there's anything missing.
Hi i am just selling this crib on ebay. The instructions for mine are on the base?
It is really easy to put together.
Email me if you are still having problems.
Thankyou Amy
If it is an Evenflo crib you can go to Evenflo.com under replacement parts enter in the model number (it is on the small label on the headboard.) and the year. They have a PDF File with instructions.
The springs (I am presuming you mean the little springs, not the springs for the mattress placement) go on the little rod that the side of the crib slides up and down on. They should be at the bottom of the slide bar. This is to keep it from just dropping with a bang and creating injury.
Do you have a friend with a child/baby crib that you could take a photos of, use it as directions? Sometimes the simplest thing in trying to remember the order of putting it together is befuddling.
Another idea, see if there is a store that carries that crib, tell them you don't have the instructions to reput it back together, they may take it from the box, zerox it for you for free. Unless you have a brand name, googling won't get you the proper instructions either. My babies did not use a crib that had sides up and down.
