SOURCE: 1992 es 300 lexus heater is blowing cold

. Yes it could. some are vacuum powered, cable powered (mechanically) or electric powered. If the valve does not open. The hot water will not get to the heater core. It could also be the thermostat not opening.

according to the manual i have... it has three.... one in the exhaust manifold.... and two in the exhaust pipe..... slightly vauge on the exact location of the last two sensors... but looks like it is after the catylitic converter.

Unscrew the gas cap, wait 30 sec and screw it back on making 3 clicks/cracks. Should be ok in a day or two.

SOURCE: location of fuel filter on 2000 lexus es 300

The fuel filter on the ES300 is located under the hood, on the driver's side, by the fenderwell.

you most likely have a bad airmix servo. this happens alot on these. they are expensive to replace too.

Heat does not work in 96 gs300 . when u turn heat on cold air comes out

the heater core may have gone bad or is cloged. if you can find the return line of the core pull off the hose and see if any thing comes out

With out seeing the car or the smoke, I can guess that you are leaking water into the combustion chamber. Have you noticed any unususal water loss or oil loss? Most likely cause for this is a bad head gasket or intake gasket.

Most likely the crash sensor (located somewhere in the front of the vehicle) has triggered. Some can be re-set, most have to be replaced, otherwise the vehicle will not start.
