WHEN I CHANGE THE FUSE IT WORKS FOR AWHILE THAN BLOWS AGAIN
SOURCE: My microwave keeps blowing the fuse upon hitting the start button
you have one of three problems (H.V. diode shorted or leaky, H.V.capicitor shorted, or the magnrtron tube is beginning to draw excessive current)if thats the case its not usually worth spending that for the mag.,the other two items aren't that expensive

The turn table and fan are connected in series with the bulb,as you have mentioned that you have replaced bulb,so please check again for any loose contact on bulb holder or bulb continuity again.

The turnable motor is going, the buzzing indicates the magnetron is about to fail. I suggest using the microwave oven until it dies and replace it, not cost effective to repair.

Does it blow in the middle of using it or when you open or close the door?? Could be a bad fuse holder and the fuse is getting hot and melting in the end or something could be causing it to blow, like a bad door switch. If it is a switch, you would notice it blow as you open or close the door. If it runs ok for a while then the fuse blows. Look for a bad fuse holder or bad wires to the fuse holder not grabbing the terminals tightly. That can cause it to get hot, which can make the fuse melt inside. So it is bad, but really not " blown" from something shorted inside. If it blows as soon as you push start. It is likely the capacitor or a bad transformer. If the mag is shorted, most commonly, it just hums loudly but doesnt heat. That usually doesnt blow the fuse.
Also did you make sure you replaced the fuse with the same or proper amperage fuse? Most of them use a 20 amp ceramic fuse.
