You have probably used up all your region changes. These are limited for copyright reasons.

This will run your dvds as "region free"

power on the dvd
let it load and show no disc
open tray and enter '0' four times
region edit and region code appears with the default code
press 0 for region free and enter
region code should be 0
press pause on remote
power off and on again
You can only change the region code up to 4 times then it locks on the last change. There are some firmware upgrades that can change the drive to region free, if you can screw it up or put in the wrong frmware upgrade then the DVD drive will be a piece on junk. I suggest you install a region free software that will allow you to play any region DVDs. Go to www.dvdidle.com to get their Region-Free software, it is not very expensive.
