The only thing I can find is Timberland"s site with an 800 number. Hope this gives you some direction. http://shop.timberland.com/home/index.jsp They do have a blog, so, maybe you can get info there. Good luck.
You can pull the crown and set the analog time. However I am also finding it difficult to set the digital time. It seem there is no option, or its not mentioned in the manual

the issue is more to do with parts availablility as the licences has been held by three companies in the passed fifteen years.
