I change the shocks, balljoints, control arm bushings and the tie rod ends and still makes noise like something is loose and it still feels like if it had bad shocks what could that be?

jack up and support vehicle grab top and bottom of wheel and see if its loose if loose feeling up top or clunking possible upper ball joint if bottom feel/noise poss bottom ----move wheel side to side and look and check tie rods if loose or noise inspect and replace if damaged or worn ---remove wheel and inspect the joints and tie rods if their was no noise or worn check the upper and lower control arm bushings as well as the swaybar supports and bushings
Do you mean the tie rod end? Did you recently change your tires and/or wheels? Wheels can have different offsets, so choose carefully if you change them. I had problems with my track bar on mine. It was wrecked before though. Has yours suffered front end damage that you know of? Have someone watch underneath while to turn your wheels back and forth slowly. They should look for anything shifting or separating.
Bad wheel bearing/ ball joints/ tie rods
If lugs on wheel r tight
Could b control arm bushings also
Can b many different things..
Jack car up and give wheel a shake side to side..get play then tie rod most likely
Up and down play then most likely balljoint
Both then either both or wheel bearing
Wheel bearing will have the same amount of play in each direction
If u get some strange play then look at control arm and checkh for playe
lots of things can make it "pop". check the hub bearings, the stabilizer links, the tie rod ends, the balljoints, the struts and strut mounts, the engine cradle bushings, the control arm bushings ,and the engine mounts. GOOD LUCK!
what sort of noise clunks&bangs could be anything from shock mounting bushes exhaust hanging mounts or suspsion bushes.it would be a good idear 2 have a mechanic put it up on a hoist 2 check it out
check shock absorber mounting support/ must be worn-out/ or stabilizer bar rubber bush / or stabilizer linkage rubber bush/ check tie rod ends balljoints / check lower suspension arms balljoints as well as upper suspension arm balljoints and lastly check strut bar rubber bushes/ all the mentioned parts can be easily seen underneath the car....
Tie rod ends or ball joints. Possibly a control arm bushing failure but not as likely. Could also be caused by worn out shocks but usually that causes the truck to bounce up and down after hitting a bump.
This is most likely the steering knuckle or tie rod end that needs grease or most likley replacement. If your hear clunk when turning, then it is proabably the tie rod ends. If clunks while driving, then it may be the balljoints.
