I do not understand it well. Sound coil? What sound coil? There is a voice coil. But it is inside the speaker. If it has damaged, will be very difficult to replace. Speaker should be replaced. If this coil has damaged, you won't get sound from your TV. That is all. Picture will be there.
Ask your technician to give you the number of part [sound coil], that he has detected faulty. Send that number to me. OK?

Normally the codes come along with the manual of the Remote unit and you must check this out with your dealer who sold the product as Akai does not specify a code.
