    I have a Hamilton Beach 2 way FlexBrew that is not allowing water to into the kcup portion of the reservoir. All he settings are set to brew the kcup but no water flows into the cup.

    We have a Bakers & Chefs 60 cup coffee urn and the glass tube on the front that measures how many cups of coffee are in there has broke off. Cannot find a replacement part. Any suggestions?

Our coffee pot didn't come with the manual. I have the Hamilton Brew station 48463. I don't know how to reheat the coffee, or if you even can.

We are trying to set up the hamiliton beach brew station 6 cup but do not have the manual. can you walk me threw it please?
Sure Thing :)

1) Open the lid
2) Take out the filter basket.
3) Take out the Coffee Tank and fill it with water to the appropriate mark at the back of it. (Should be a stepped type marker)
4) Pour the water from the Coffee Tank into the Water Reservoir in the coffee maker it's self. (This should be on the left side of the metal warming plate.
5) Place the Coffee Tank back on the brew station.
6) Place the Filter Basket back in the coffee maker
7) Add a coffee Filter and 5 Tablespoons of coffee
8) Close the lid
9) Press the Brew/Start button (The top left one)

Brew station is extremely slow, suspect it needs cleaning.
You can run a cup of vinegar through the machine. Run it just as you would making coffee, except without the coffee. Run water through the cycle at least twice to remove sediment and the vinegar. Works like a charm.
