I have the LG 32LC7D tv. I want to purchase an LG 4530 or 3530 sound bar. Will this TV support the sound sync technology of these sound bars?

From your description, the sound you are hearing is the inverter(s) that drive the back light for the LCD screen/module.
The inverters mounted on the back side (one lower right and one left side) of the LCD screen/module. They are under the sheet metal cover/shields.
The inverters are going out and or the LCD screen/module is going bad too.
That LG TV has only a 1 year on parts and labor from the date of purchase, but you could call LG and ask for their help for such a new TV. They might do it under a warranty, for little or no cost to you.
I hope this information has helped you.
Good Luck.

it seems to be a bad connection somewhere but I disconnected the ribbon cable and got a verticle line of snow instead of a blank line. the line is about 34 mm wide and starts 285 mm from the left edge starts on the Blue and goes to the Red pixels. so if they are 1mm wide that would be 34 bands of color.
I would sure like to figure out the solution to this one or I got a TV I need to throw away cause the o'lady is gonna bust my balls if I can't fix this!

The optical output is always on.......you will see that the cable is lit up at the end when you plug it in........you may have to set your sound bar for the optical input though........do you have that manual?
