Htc 1 phone will not turn on after turning off battery is not dead

I turned my phone off and when I went to turn it back on it would not turn back on and the battery was fully charged when I turned off

If your battery is old replace your battery !!

HI, sorry to hear that...
Basically, if that happens the LCD of your phone is busted. make sure the battery is working also try to use that battery to another phone if does not working that's the time that you have to visit one of your service center in your area...

my phone was doing the sam,e you have to go to verizon and they will tighten a screw inside then it all works again =)

Had the same problem. You need new battery! (borrow from friend, if anyone has HTC to test if phone is OK with different battery).

Phone will not turn on
Reasons for your problem :
1) The battery was dry out or dead. 2) The circuit or contact point of the on/off switch was broken. 3) Main circuit board or the monitor was dead so you just see a flash when you turn your phone on (I had the same experience...). 4) The worst part... your phone was dead. 5) The best part... you did not press the on/off switch.
