Microsoft outlook is detected as a less secure application by google. So they disable the access from the application if you don't have "Allow less secure apps" enabled on your account.

To enable it. Go to google.com from a web browser, sign into your account, click on your profile photo, now click on my account. On the next page you'll find "Connected apps and sites" under Sign-in Security. Click on it and on the next page, turn on "Allow less secure apps". After that you should be able to access gmail on outlook with no sweat.

Hi, Im sure you have already tried this but if you click on the cannot access the account link at the bottom of the signon section you are taken to another page that allows you to enter you email id. and probably will ask you for verification of you being human - ( that thing with words written in a mess and you gotta write it a captcha ) the next screen will ask how you want to confirm your identity i tried it with your id and it has some gmail accont gu*****@gmail.com as the alternate account if you have access to this account select this option and click send confirmation. Hopefully you should have access to your account!

You can still access those mails if you access your email account directly through the email service.eg if you have a gmail account open www.gmail.com and login using your username and assword and the emails will be there.
