I need help, my Ricoh Aficio 1022 with this error SC-392 is an error of sensor density toner.
I've only had the unit for another and still the same, and the unit is running on another machine.
Already cleaned the connectors Unit

820 Self-diagnostic error: CPU

Symptom:
• An unexpected exception or
interruption occurs during the self-
diagnostic test.
• An error is detected in the MBU.

Possible Cause:
• Defective controller
• Defective firmware
• Loose MBU jumper


Code 820
MBU error (The jumper is loose.)
Set the jumper (on the MBU) correctly.
The following codes are displayed:
• SC: 820
• code: 612
• detail: 40000000

You need to refill the oil [silicon oil] in the fuser unit. This error shows when the oil is used up or has lesser quantity. The error will be reset after the oil is refilled. But I highly recommend an experience tech to do this, otherwise you may damage machine/components.

sc 121 is related to optics section of your machine.check the lamp is glowing .if so check the connection from optics to main board.

plz do like this after again it shwos same then need to replace parts thermister,and thermal fuses. press the yellow 107 red and hold the red for two mints it shows copy sp.......like switch off on

sc 401 means transfer roller leak error.a transfer current leaksignal is detected.posible causes is 1.transfer power pack is defective 2.poor connection between the transfer terminal and the trnsfer power pack
sc 419 mean quenching lamperor.1 quenching lamp defective 2.poor conection between power pack and quenching lamp.
check all component but pay attetion to the current leak at the transfer because there both connected at the power pack
