I don't know about purchasing a manual, but you can download a copy for free here.

This is an 11 year old camera....I doubt you will be able to find a manual anywhere. A camera this simple and old should be easy to figure out...is there something you need to know? If you can be specific, we can help. I might also suggest you consider upgrading to a new, modern camera.

But... you can also Google the website of the camera manufacturer and then find the manual there.
Most all of the websites have all of the manuals for free...
