If the light on the pc, not the power supply is orange this usually means the pc is not comming out of sleep mode. Try the obvious and restart it. If that does not work, attempt starting in safe mode and go to your control panel and turn off all power saving, screen saver, and sleep mode options.

Ibm server glows orange light if the server met with some hardware issue. Now our job is to find which part has the issue. For that remove the side cover and check on which hardware the orange light glows. Server should be powered on to see orange light. Once found , refix the part . Check if that solves the issue. If the orange light still there. You need to replace the part
