Hi Jerry, Are you using this method to pair your device?

Pairing
The Bluetooth-enabled device that you wish to stream audio to your speaker system must
fi rst be paired to the speaker. The process is simple, and in most cases the pairing process
needs to be done only once.
To pair your Bluetooth-enabled device with the speaker:
1. Make sure your device's Bluetooth is turned on. See the wireless and/or network settings
menu on your device to check.
2. If the speaker isn't already on, press the On-Off button to turn it on. You will hear a beep
to indicate the speaker is turned on. The indicator light on the back of the speaker starts
fl ashing blue.
3. Press and hold for 3 seconds the Pair button to enter pairing mode. You will hear 2 beeps
to indicate pairing mode is entered. The indicator on the back of the speaker starts blinking
faster.
4. Open the Bluetooth settings menu on your device. Select "AR SPEAKER" from the list of
devices available (you might have to scan for devices). If your device asks for a password,
enter "0000".
5. A confirmation screen will appear on your device once the speaker and the device are
successfully paired. The blue indicator turns solid blue to indicate successful connection.
The speaker is now ready for you to stream audio from your device.

How to get bluetooth speaker to connect already apired and is showing but wont connect

Hello, I have already met this issue: after pairing a bluetooth speaker on a first host (computer or iPad), then pairing it on a second device (as another computer for example), when I try to pair it again to its original host device, it doesn't work.
The solution consist in
1) on the host computer, in the list of the Bluetooth devices, delete the line of the bluetooth speaker and forget this bluetooth device,
2) push on the Bluetooth detect button on Bluetooth speaker,
3) scan the bluetooth devices on your computer host, and when you see the bluetooth speaker in the list, select it.

Digix BT-100 Portable Bluetooth Wireless Speaker is not recognized by my android MOTO X cell phone.

Is the speaker paired with another device?

You may try turning off the bluetooth on your phone, turning off the speaker, turning back ON the speaker and then turning on the bluetooth on your phone again. This should reset the phone to SEARCH for BT-100.

Once you SEARCH for available devices you should see BT-100 on the list. Select BT-100 and it should pair. If it does not CONNECT be sure to press BT-100 again to connect. The speaker will BEEP, indicating that the speaker and the phone are now connected.

If you continue to have trouble feel free to contact the manufacturer at [email protected] or going to http://www.contelusa.net

Unable to connect to a device?

Before attempting any of the following steps, make sure that you are running the latest software version on your SoundLink Wireless Mobile speaker. Click here to visit the software update center and update your speaker. If you are still having difficulty connecting to a device after updating the software, continue to the troubleshooting steps.

Unable to connect with a previously paired device?

Please try the following to resolve this issue:
Perform a product resetTo perform a SoundLink speaker reset, following these steps:
  1. On the speaker, press and hold Mute for 10 seconds, the LEDs will flash briefly
  2. Press Power to turn the SoundLink speaker back on
Clear the pairing list on both the SoundLink Wireless Mobile speaker and the source
  1. On the SoundLink speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 10 seconds until you hear a tone. The SoundLink speaker clears all Bluetooth devices from its memory and becomes discoverable
  2. Clear the list on your Bluetooth device. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer of the device
  3. Perform a product reset. On the speaker, press and hold Mute for 10 seconds, the LEDs will flash briefly. Press Power to turn the SoundLink speaker back on
  4. Try pairing the device again by following these steps:
    1. With the Bluetooth device and the SoundLink speaker both turned on, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speaker for three seconds to make the speaker discoverable. The Bluetooth indicator will slowly fade on and off approximately once every second to show the speaker is in discoverable mode
    2. Set your Bluetooth device to "Discoverable." This will allow your device to discover the SoundLink speaker
    3. On your device, locate the Bluetooth device list. Select "Bose SoundLink" from the list
    4. If your device asks for a passkey, enter digits 0000 and press OK. Some devices also ask you to accept the connection. Your Bluetooth device indicates when pairing is complete. The SoundLink speaker indicates pairing is complete when the Bluetooth indicator stops fading on and off and remains on
Be sure the SoundLink speaker is within 30 feet of the Bluetooth deviceThe system is designed to operate at a range of 30 feet. However, performance can be diminished by obstacles such as walls or metal, and may also be affected by other Bluetooth devices. Try moving the SoundLink speaker closer to the Bluetooth device.
Be sure the source's Bluetooth function is OnMany Bluetooth enabled devices have an option where the Bluetooth feature can be turned On or Off. This option may be set to Off to save the battery life of the device. Be sure this option is set to On. If the Bose product is paired to the Bluetooth enabled device, it should automatically reconnect when its Bluetooth function is turned on. If the Bose product doesn't automatically reconnect, manually select the Bose product within the Bluetooth list on the device.
Manually connect the SoundLink speaker in the device listSome devices will pair to a device but not automatically connect. Go to the pairing list of the device and check if this is the case. If it is, try connecting to the SoundLink speaker.
