If they don't reply you can Google how to set the watch by the number of press buttons it has, two three, or four. Ignore the crown, it isn't a 'button'.

All you have to do hold the "reset" button for about 10 secs. Then one-by-one the time, date, and seconds will and use the "ST/STP" button to change it. Then, you have everything set right, hit the "reset" button and that will finalize it.

The display of your watch may "freeze" due to static electricity or recent battery replacement.

If this occurs, press and hold all four buttons at the same time.

This will erase the data in the memory and allow you to reset the watch to the factory settings.

Press and hold all four side buttons at the same time to reset the watch to the factory settings.

I have a Sharp SHP5700 and here's how I set the time on that watch. When looking at the watch, there are four buttons. Two on the right side and two on the left side of the watch. By pressing three times on the lower left side button (S2), it places the watch in time setting mode. To change the seconds, minutes, and hours, press on the lower right side button (S4).

To determine the exact model and specifications of your Citizen Eco-Drive, flip the watch to the reverse. On the case back will be extensive information about your timepiece. You're looking for the "movement caliber," a four-character combination of letters and numbers, separated from the seven-digit "case number" by a hyphen.

On the face of the watch, there are four buttons arranged around the circle of the watch face in four positions. Starting with the upper left hand button (labelled SET), and working clockwise around the face of the watch (to ADJ., EL, and MODE), I'll label the buttons "A", "B", "C", and "D".

In other words...
Button "A" is the button labelled "SET" in the upper left hand corner of the watch.
Button "B" is the button labelled "ADJ." in the upper right hand corner of the watch.
Button "C" is the button labelled EL in the lower right hand corner of the watch.
Button "D" is the button labelled "MODE" in the lower left hand corner of the watch.
Setting the Time.
1. Press and hold D as if you were setting the alarm. As above, the stopwatch will momentarily appear and then after 2 seconds the alarm time will appear with the hour flashing.
2. Press and release D and the seconds on the time of day will begin to flash.
3. Press and release B to reset the seconds to zero provided they are below 30. If they are above 30, the seconds will reset and the minutes of the time of day will advance by one.
4. Press and release A to change from flashing seconds to flashing minutes/flashing hours/flashing day of the month/flashing month of the year/flashing day of the week. In each flashing mode, pressing and releasing B advances the value by one unit.
5. Press and release D to exit time setting mode.

i dont know how to set the time on my watch .it has three buttons mode ,select and set help

Try resetting your watch first. To do that press all four buttons at the same time.

Then to set the time, hold down the set button until the display flashes. You can then use the mode button to cycle through the display features and set them. Use the strt/stp and reset to adjust fields.

I found a solution on how to set the time digitally. what I did was got an old watch of mines that had the four push buttons two on each side and read what the four sides said on the old watch because my new watch didn't have any writing on either four sides. So basically the writing was similiar to how to work my new watch. The left button to the bottom was for the MODE, the upper left button was for the LIGHT, the upper right button was for START, and the lower right button was for RESET. I just worked with these buttons now that I had an idea and was able to set my digital part of the watch with a little effort. I hope that this may help someone who is having the similiar problem that I had.
