As evident from the message, you are getting the error 0x800CCC92 in Windows Live Mail because the password you had entered is not correct. Or, in other words, the password provided to the email client does not match the account username.
Thus, to solve the Windows Live Mail error 0x800CCC92, you have to double check both the password and the user ID (username) you had supplied when the email account was set up. Please understand that in order to access your email account successfully, the login information has to be correct.

Shaw webmail login

Now which email account is it ?.
hotmail , yahoo , msn , outlook , live mail ,gmail ?.
It is not uncommon for users to forget their user names and passwords, especially when trying to access an email account not often used.
Email providers like Yahoo! and Google are aware that users forget and have implemented a way to identify the user in this situation. In order to use this retrieval method, you must have submitted an alternate email address when you signed up for that email.

Go to the email sign-in page.
Notice the option underneath the login fields for users that have trouble signing in; in Yahoo! Mail this option is "I forgot my Yahoo! ID" and in Google Gmail this option is "Can't Access Your Account."
Click this option.
Enter the alternate email address entered when you set up up your email address.
Yahoo! Mail users also need to enter the birth date, country and postal code entered when the email address was set up. Click "Next."

Log in to your alternative email address and click the email provided.
Your email user name is available in the body of the email.
Click the link within that email to reset your email password.
To reset your email password, the provider might require that you answer your security question.

Go back to the email sign-in page and log in using your user name and new password.

Bruce, Windows Security does not have the ability to block and e-mail account. The real problem is, is that you just forgot what the password is.

Same thing you will get from your e-mail client like Outlook 2003 or 2007, if you can't provide the correct password.

Go to the login page of Ymail and use the link "I can't access my account". Answer the questions, follow the instructions, and provide an alternate e-mail address, and the password will be e-mailed to you.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding your e-mail problem.

Thank you and good luck!

Silly as the answer may be ddknox but the only way for you to delete it is to stop using it. The only way for an account to be deleted on Hotmail is that the user is supposed to be logged in. But your case here is different.

There is still one thing you can do other than the alternative email route when requesting for the new password.

Reset your password by entering your secret answer
  1. On any Windows Live ID site or service sign-in page, click Forgot your password?.
  2. Verify your Windows Live ID(The e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to WindowsLive programs and services such as Windows Live Hotmail and WindowsLive Messenger; Microsoft services such as Xbox LIVE, MSN, and OfficeLive; and anywhere else that you see the Windows Live ID logo.) , type the characters you see in the Picture box, and then click Continue.
  3. Click Use my location information and secret answer to verify my identity.
  4. In the Country/Region list, select your country or region, select your state, and then type your ZIP code ( The postal code system that is used in the United States. The ZIPcode consists of a series of digits that are added to a postal address. The ZIP code is used to identify each postal delivery area for thepurpose of sorting mail.) or postal code ( A series of letters and/or digits that are added to a postal addressand used by the postal service for the purpose of sorting mail.) if you’re prompted to do so. Ifyou've moved since signing up for your Windows Live ID, use thelocation information you last provided. If you've provided both a homeand work location, enter your home location.
  5. In the Question area in the Secret Answer box, type your answer to the question.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Enter and confirm a new password, and then click Continue.
  8. If prompted, enter an alternate e-mail address (An alternate e-mail address is a secondary e-mail address registeredwith your Windows Live ID. If you forget your password, you can havethe password reset information sent to your alternate e-mail address.) and click Continue, or click Skip to bypass this step.
  9. On the You've changed your password page, click Sign in to Windows Live.

Gprs

you will need to ask your service provider to send you the GPRS/WAP settings for your handset.
they will text it to you, and then u save them and it will be listed in
Menu > Settings > Configuration > Default
select that setting and set it to be the default setting and then click on Act. Def. In all applications (this will activate default settings in all applications that use GPRS)

or if u knew the access point settings and all, u can add a manual setting and make that as default.
