My printer was working fine until it ran out of black ink - I ordered more & replaced it, but the printer never printed again. It acts like it is printing but no ink comes out. I saw somewhere to uninstall it & reinstall - which I did, as well as remove & replace the ink cartridges several times & no printing. It reads Left Ink Cartridge incorrect but nothing that I do seems to fix that or make it recognize the full new cartridge properly. I REALLY don't want to get a new printer - it was fine last week... *The ink in the new cartridge is not dry I have checked several times* PLEASE HELP!

I have this exact same problem, but when I replaced the black ink cartridge it worked for 3 days. Now it isn't recognized. The printer icon has a big question-mark over the black ink cartridge. Replacing it with another cartridge does nothing.
My solution. Throw out the darn thing and buy a laser jet. Paying for ink is too expensive anyway.
Hi try replaced same Ink Cartridge into other printer...if it work then on problem r els try doing setting on ur print head

Same problem.
Almost same deal...after replacing my COLOR ink cartridge, the black ink cartridge is half full but no black ink will print. I'm tired of cutting and pasting everything into a Word document and changing the color! There is no seal on the cartridge, have removed and replaced numerous times, unplugged and replugged, etc.
when I open the front cover of the printer, ink is all over the inside top of a part I do not know the name of ( glossy part )I nee to know how to clean it up ????????????????? PLEASE
I installed new ink cartridges and my printer only prints in yellow ink.
