There is no such thing as a free imei unlock code. If you need to unlock the sim in your iPad. (imei is connected to they Sim card) you can ask the provider to give you a new sim card with the same number. the new card has a new imei, new pin and new Puk.
Your iPad 2 must have 3G, with a sim card. For the sim you need the pin and after 3 misses you need the puk. The puk is on the letter or card that came with the original sim card. On that letter is the pin and puk. sometimes you have to scratch away the metal layer.
If you want to unlock an iPad, with the lock code on, and forgot your pass code you have to enter the correct password that belongs to your Apple ID. It will be partially on the screen. If you really messed up, setting up security, and lost unlock code and your Apple ID password. Only Apple can help. For that you have to take iPad, invoice, Prove of your identity (Passport) to the Apple store and hope they will unlock your iPad. With iOS7 Apple mede a very good security system. And while setting up the iPad and the security, you are warned several times what to do t make sure you and only you could enter the system.
Be aware if Apple does reset your iPad, all data now on the iPad will be lost.
When you buy a sim card you are given a PIN and a PUK number. If you enter your PIN number wrong for 3 times your cell phone will block your sim asking you for the PUK code. You should look in the papers you have been given when you bought the SIM and you should find the PUK number. If not you should contact or visit your cell phone company to solve the problem!
Hi, PUK means "Personal Unlocking Key" and it is asked if you entered wrong pin for three times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter the PUK. (it is printed on the voucher of sim card when you have purchased the sim)
Your sim card will be blocked permanently if you still entered incorrect PUK code after the 10th attempt.
And if ever you lost the voucher you have only 2 ways to get rid of the PUK code:
1. Replace the sim card or
2. Call the phone company that released the sim card. They will give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity.
-Don't worry, PIN/PUK is not related to the phone. It is related to the SIM card.
Hope this can help you,GoodLuck=)
When
a PIN code is entered wrongly three times, the phone line will be
blocked. Irrespective of the owner, it is assumed that you are not the
owner of the phone line when you enter your pin wrongly.
The
blocked line at this point can still be unblocked and this is where the
PUK code comes in. Once you enter the PUK code, your PIN code will be
reset. You can then create a ne PIN code.
To get your PUK code,
if your phone is using a SIM Card, Check the SIM card Pack and you will
see your PUK code there. But if you don't have a SIM card pack, you can
get the PUK code from your service provider.
Call the customer
care line of your service provider using another phone, request for your
PUK code and it will be given to you. Note that your service provider
will ask you some few questions about your line in order to be sure you
are the real owner.
Note that your service provider alone is the
only one that can give you your PUK code because it's only your service
provider that has it.

I don't quite understand when you said "I've lost my sim card, how to get my PUK Code?", PUK code is specific for every sim cards, so if you have lost that sim card which was blocked, I don't think you will ever need the PUK code for that sim card. But if you mean that your sim card is blocked and you are being asked for PUK Code, please follow the instructions given HERE. This is one of my "how to's" about PUK Code issue.
the PUK code is normally given by the provider of your sim card you maybe able to get the PUK code from them if not the cellphone may not be able to use the SIM card however
Hi, Puk code comes up when a phone requires a pin code and you time in the wrong three times precisely, it will ask for a Puk code.
Puk codes issues are Sim card problems not from the phone. You can unlock the code by checking on your Sim pack .When you bought the sim card it usually comes with a Puk code on the card. So check the card you will see the Puk code, enter the Puk code and after entering it, it will ask you for the pin number,it usually on the pack too.
Also if you don';t have the sim pack any more, you can simply contact the sim card service center for help. Might be through phone call. Get a friends phone the uses the same network with your sim card and use it to contact them. Or you could properly go the nearest outlet around and ask them for help..
Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card and not any code to do with the phone, all you need to do to get the PUK code is call your service provider. your service provider wont charge for giving you the code as the code belongs to you, all you need to tell them is your phone number or if you dont know that then the number printed on the sim card, they will then provide you with the 10digit PUK code for free over the phone. this will then allow you to access the sim card.
The only place you can get the PUK code from is your service provider as their is no where else that keeps these codes, if you still have the card the sim card was attatched to then it will be written on their but if you no longer have this then the only way your going to get the code is by calling your service provider, they wont charge you for this as the code belongs to you,
you do have another option open to you though, if you dont need that sim card then you can go out and get another sim card and when you get given a new sim card you will get given the unique PUK code it will be written on the card the sim card is attatched to.
let me know if you need further assistance ok.
